David Lavi, Esq.
Mr. Lavi represents employees who have been wrongfully terminated by their employers, and who have been stripped away from their hard-earned wages in wage and hour litigation. David handles all types of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour, medical and disability leave, pregnancy discrimination, prevailing wages, and wrongful termination. As a strong believer that employers should be held accountable to their employees for their corporate growth, Mr. Lavi as a trial litigator will pursue all remedies available to his clients. Mr. Lavi is the managing partner of the Wage and Hour division of E&L, LLP, who routinely represents employers in wage and hour class and representative actions.
Mr. Lavi’s courtroom presence is captivating. He is vivid, ensuring not only the jurors understand his client, but also understand the legal arguments that sets the difference in each case.
